Create a drinks menu and print it as a PDF

Enter drinks with prices, choose a template, export only the drinks categories. Your drinks menu is ready as a PDF in A4 or A5, as a bar, café or wine list.

The Classic template is free, all others come with Premium.

  1. Enter your drinks

Create categories such as soft drinks, beer, wine or cocktails and enter your drinks with prices, with variants such as 0.3 l and 0.5 l or glass and bottle where needed.

  2. Choose a template

Choose a template in the menu designer. Classic is free, the others come with Premium, in your colours if you wish.

  3. Export only the drinks categories

When exporting, you choose only your drinks categories and get a separate drinks menu as a PDF in A4 or A5. Food and drinks together work just as well.

Templates

Templates that work as a drinks menu too

Every template of the menu designer becomes a drinks menu as soon as you choose only drinks categories when exporting. The examples show placeholder dishes; your menu shows your drinks and prices.

  • Template Classic with sample dishes: script headings, entries with a short description and the price on the right

    Classic

    Free

Script headings and plenty of white, suits a café or a wine list.

  • Template Minimalist with sample dishes: narrow capitals as headings, a fine line before the price column

    Minimalist

    With Premium

Narrow capitals and fine lines, room for long drinks lists.

  • Template Sharp with sample dishes: bold capitals on a sand-coloured background with a white border

    Sharp

    With Premium

Bold headings on a coloured background, easy to read at the bar.

  • Template Blocks with sample dishes: black bars with white serif lettering above each category, entries in rows with fine lines

    Blocks

    With Premium

Black bars above each category, such as beer, wine and cocktails.

  • Template Heritage with sample dishes: two columns, a double frame and rust-red headings

    Heritage

    With Premium

Two columns with a frame and an accent colour, like a classic wine list.

  • Template Haute with sample dishes: a large MENU along the left edge, headings on colour, a coloured strip on the right

    Haute

    With Premium

A large MENU along the edge and headings on colour, for cocktail menus.

  • Template Avant with sample dishes: an ornamental frame in dark blue around the page, headings in a serif typeface

    Avant

    With Premium

An ornamental frame around the whole page, festive for weddings and parties.

  • Template Press with sample dishes: two columns in newspaper style with lines under the categories

    Press

    With Premium

Two columns in newspaper style, many drinks on one page.

The examples show placeholder dishes and the standard colours. With Premium you choose the background, text and accent colour yourself.

Uses

Bar, café, wine list, cocktail menu, wedding

You create the categories that suit your venue and export them as a menu of their own. This works for every kind of drinks menu.

Bar menu

Beer, spirits, long drinks and soft drinks as categories, bottle and glass prices as variants.

Café drinks menu

Coffee, tea, cold drinks and cakes, as a menu for the table or the counter.

Wine list

Wines with descriptions and prices per glass and per bottle, set up as variants.

Cocktail menu

Cocktails with their ingredients in the description, alcohol-free drinks as a category of their own.

Weddings and parties

Create a category of its own for the celebration, export only that one, done.

Daily and seasonal menu

Summer drinks or mulled wine as a category of their own, quickly reprinted when the offer changes.

To be honest

A drinks menu in Word or with the designer?

MENURY does not offer a blank Word template or a PDF to fill in. Your drinks menu is created from the drinks and prices you enter in the restaurant portal, and the PDF comes with one click.

When a price changes, you change it once and download the PDF again instead of fixing columns and line breaks in Word. The same entries appear in your digital menu, which guests open at the table with a QR code.

  • Change the price, download the PDF again
  • In 8 languages with the language pack
  • The same menu as a QR code on the table

Questions about the drinks menu

Is there a blank drinks menu template to fill in?
Not as a file. With MENURY you fill in the template in the restaurant portal: enter drinks and prices, choose a template, download the PDF. There is no blank Word or PDF file.
Is the drinks menu as a PDF free?
With the Classic template, yes, in the Basic plan and without a credit card. All other templates and your own colours come with Premium.
Can I create a drinks menu for a wedding?
Yes. Create a category of its own for the celebration, for example with sparkling wine, wine and alcohol-free drinks, and export only that category. A festive template such as Avant or Heritage suits it well.
How do I change prices on the drinks menu?
In the restaurant portal, on the drink. Then download the PDF again, and the template and settings stay as they are. Your digital menu shows the new price straight away.
Can I print the drinks menu in two languages?
One PDF per language, with the language pack: you choose the language when exporting and get, for example, English and German as two PDFs, checked and approved by experts.
Can I print food and drinks on one menu?
Yes. Choose all categories when exporting and you get one PDF with your complete menu. Separate menus are just a choice you make when exporting.
How do I show bottle and glass prices?
As variants of the drink, such as a 0.2 l glass and a 0.75 l bottle, each with its own price. The variants appear in the PDF and in the digital menu.
