Questions about the ordering system

How much does the ordering system cost?

As a flat rate, €29 per month or €299 per year per restaurant with unlimited orders, or with no base fee €0.29 per online payment (pay as you go), each excl. VAT. Cash payments cost nothing. MENURY takes no percentage commission. Card payments also carry Stripe's fees.

How do my guests pay?

In cash on collection or delivery, or online by card via Stripe. Online payments go straight to your account.

Can I set delivery areas and fees?

Yes. You set delivery areas by radius, drawn area or postcode, each with its own delivery fee and minimum order value.

How do I find out about new orders?

New orders appear in the restaurant portal straight away and also arrive by email. If you like, you can print them on a receipt printer or show them on a kitchen display.

Can guests order in advance?

Yes. Guests can also order outside your opening hours for a later time.

Can I embed the ordering system on my website?

Yes, directly in the page or as a button that opens the ordering system in a window.

Can guests order at the table?

The ordering system is made for collection and delivery, including pre-orders. MENURY does not currently offer ordering from the table.

Is MENURY an alternative to delivery platforms?

For orders from your own guests, yes: they order directly from you through your menu, your website or the QR code, and you pay no commission on your sales. MENURY is not a marketplace, though. You reach new guests through your own channels, and you handle delivery yourself.
